As Jubilee’s Chief Vision Officer, Dr. Rajasi Dharia ensures that Jubilee remains more than a facility—it’s a movement toward inspired, independent, and joyful living for seniors in India. She guides Jubilee’s strategic direction, innovation, and purpose, ensuring that every decision reflects the values of dignity, joy, and holistic well-being for seniors. A doctor by training (MBBS), Dr. Rajasi holds an MBA in Hospital Management and a specialized MBA in Senior Living Management. Her deep understanding of healthcare, combined with global insights into aging, shapes Jubilee into a world-class, resident-first community. She is also an active member of the AHPI Pune Chapter and the Indian Academy of Geriatrics, staying engaged with best practices and future trends in senior care.
