What we discovered was a stark reality: Pune lacked senior living spaces that celebrated aging with warmth, pride, and purpose. Most facilities felt cold, institutional, and steeped in pity — as if seniors were simply people left behind by life or their children.

The Name: Jubilee
The name Jubilee was chosen with intention. A jubilee is a celebration — often marking a significant milestone. It signifies freedom, joy, and renewal.
The Font: Classic with Character
Our custom typography blends elegance with personality. The playful ‘E’ adds a spark of warmth and whimsy. Just like our residents, it reminds us that ageing can be joyful and spirited.
The Color: Elegant Gold
The entire logo is bathed in a warm, matte gold tone — a color chosen with deep intention to represent wisdom, luxury and celebration. It symbolizes the golden years — not as a sunset, but as a luminous second sunrise.

Dr. Rajasi Dharia
Founder & Chief Vision Officer
As Jubilee’s Chief Vision Officer, Dr. Rajasi Dharia ensures that Jubilee is more than a facility — it’s a movement toward inspired, independent, and joyful living for seniors in India. She leads the organization’s strategic direction, innovation, and long-term purpose, ensuring that every decision reflects Jubilee’s core values.
A doctor by training (MBBS), Dr. Rajasi also holds an MBA in Hospital Management and a specialized MBA in Senior Living Management. She has worked with leading hospital networks such as Hinduja, Manipal and Sahyadri, bringing deep clinical and operational expertise to the senior care ecosystem.
She was recognized as one of Business World’s 40 Under 40 Healthcare Power List in 2021 and is an active member of the AHPI Pune Chapter and the Indian Academy of Geriatrics, keeping Jubilee aligned with the latest in senior wellness and global care standards.
